If a player splits an air unit (such as transfer to another base but not all planes were ready) then BOTH halves continue to take replacements and you can end up with Air Groups with way more aircraft than the max allowed when they finally combine. This wastes replacements because the 'overage' ends up getting put in reserve and there's no way to reduce the numbers until an upgrade which may be a long way off.
I turned the replacements button to OFF but the split halves of the original STILL TAKE REPLACEMENTS!
Parts of air groups embarked on transports take replacements too!
Version 1.4
