Does the WitP disk have the info on it that Kinko's needs to print the manual? If so, how do you get it done? Walk-in, call, E-mail?

I noticed several other Matrix titles have an order form to accomplish this. Can't find one for this game.

The manual is a PDF file. Look in the documentation folder (I forget the exact name of the folder), and you will find it. Note that the last page or so of the manual contains the written permission to print it. Some print shops will require this or they will not print it in the belief that doing so violates copyright.
