I�m playing a GC under Nik mod v9.1 with PDU off, so I�m desperately attempting to research the Oscar II, otherwise I will have to make wonders with Nates until 1943....so I did convert a few factories to research the Oscar. Unfortunately, these factories appear with 100% damage (which is expected) but seem never be repaired (which is not expected). Any hints on what is happening?

Low supply in the base with the factory???

Repair of research factories is subject to a die roll moreso than supplies. You will need supplies to repair them, but if the die roll fails, you won't repair no matter what the supply level.

-There are enough supplies in the bases for repairs. It seems the die roll is working against me....

What is the game date ? The die roll is depending heavily from the delay before the planned release. SO if you're in early 1942 and want to accelerate the Oscar II you will have few chance.

To repair you need at least 10.000 supplies at that base and the repair toggle set to REPAIR.....
