Hello,

after reaching home I want to redownload the Campaign Series copy I've bought abroad a week ago. Unfortunately, I encounter a strange error. I go to the page in which you can input you email and last five digits of your credit card, I input the info, but then get the "Error: 313463-Error in transaction_creation - User-Defined ExceptionMessage 99998 - To protect ourselves against fraud, we need to set a cookie on your computer. In order to continue your purchase online, please reset your browser to allow cookies. You can make your purchase and then set cookies off again in your browser. If you already allow cookies, there may be a problem that can be corrected by deleting the cookie file. 31346Error in transaction_creation - User-Defined Exception" message.

I have no idea what to do, because:
- I've set the browser to accept ALL cookies
- I've deleted all old cookies.

I tried the same using the order number - I get the same message. It happens both under Opera and under IE. I even turned off my firewall.

Please help, since I'm unable to redownload my purchase.
