I downloaded Digital version of Airborne Assault: Highway to the Reich yesterday but did not receive the CD serial number to install it. Anyone knows how to get the key? Is it supposed to include with the zip file? Or am I missing anything?

The serial is sent separately. If you have spam filters on your email I would check there first. The serial is also available on the download page for the game. To get back to that, click the support (up above on the right) tab and follow the my order status link (Or, just click me) .

Once you find your order the serial can be found by clicking the redownload my order button.

If you received payment confirmation (by email) you can find serial number there.

Check your spam filter box that email isn't there.

Otherwise, contact matrix games support.

I checked the download page again and found it there. Thanks for the fast help guys.

I emailed support but havent got replied next time Imma go here its definitely faster

I have a number of Matrix Games I play. Awhile ago,I downloaded John Tillers Campaign series and have enjoyed playing. I want to download and insatll the new update. I cannot find my printed copy of my serial number nor my order number. I did not register my game nor any of the others. Plaese lend a hand here! Bruce Gordon

Use the post I have above. If you go to "redownload" your order you can find the serial there. Once you have it again, I would recommend registering the game. It is handy to have them all there

For all my serials, I keep a text file with them. I email it to my gmail account regularly and make sure I have copies burned/printed just in case :) I also butn a text file of the serial onto the cd along with the download so I have them all together.

I used Paypal and don't have a card number...don't have the order number either!

Please write to support@matrixgames.com. Provide all info you can, full name, shipping address etc. You should be able to retrieve you PayPal transaction number if you log in to your PayPal account. This might be helpful too.

Your serial number and order info should have been displayed on the screen when you completed your purchase. They should also have been sent to you by e-mail. If that failed, you can retrieve them with your order info (and since you don't have that, you can also use your credit card info) at www.findmyorder.com. If you didn't receive the confirmation e-mail, check all your spam filters for an e-mail on the purchase date to see if it got caught there.

If all of that fails, you can e-mail us at support@matrixgames.com with your full personal info and we can lookup your order that way.
