Status: offline 		I'm playing as British in the Carolinas scenario.

I captured both of the objectives: Charleston and Wilmington

I control 4 of the strategic towns. Needed 2

Victory points were tied at 32 each.

Yet the result was a stalemate. I thought victory points only came into play if neither side claimed all their objectives.
