I am unable to print either version of the games manual. I was able to print the Tutorial. Any suggestions? Thanks.

put it on a cd and take it to Kinkos

Several things come to mind as well as a few questions:
1) HOW are you trying to print the manual? From the computer? From a copy shop? Something else?

2) IF you are trying to print the manual from you computer, have you tried a cold boot (of both the computer and printer) since printing the tutorial manual?
