Status: offline 		Is the weather assumed to be the same all over the theater on any given day?

If not, then I definitely want a weather map to know where to hide (like it was possible in SSG´s CAW).

Also, are there differences in how good the Americans vs. the Japanese can handle rain/overcast/clear?
