Do inland bases suffer from spoilage?
And if so, how do I counter it?
Inland bases usually don't have ports, except those situated on a big river, so it would be impossible to reach a port + airfield size > 10 which is what I understand you need to avoid spoilage...

you could use the supply management buttuns and try to park your excess supply in port cities. Other than that I dont see why inland bases shouldn't suffer from spoilage.
