so i ordered this game on 7/2/4 and paid $79.98

now its 7/23/04 and i have ZERO

does anyone else have a problem like this

i feel like a fool

so when should i start asking for a refund

The general consensus on Customer Service seems to be: Digital River - Poor, Matrix - Good. Do as everyone else has suggested and contact Matrix.

Matrix always seem to say that the support they get from DR is good, but with all the complaints you see from customers you have to wonder if DR are harming Matrix?

well the last time i had any ting to do with digital river was 2001
and they said they would ship my stuff when they get it
but that was 3 years ago

what i would like to know is

when will ths game be available at another store

If you are waiting for the CD, it seems to depend on Geography. I just recently received mine, but was certain all the while that it was coming. It just takes some time.

Same here...ZERO. I have sent my order # and was even contacted a week ago and i'm still waiting too. So far the patch and cd are neck and neck...i hope.
