Louisiana State Pelican Flag, very popular flag before secession. After secession, the Louisiana national flag became more popular:

CSA Missouri Red Episcopal Cross on Dark Blue Field Canton on white field. Don't know about the light blue border, it could have been dark blue, red, yellow, orange-red, or none at all. I made it light blue since that is the color of the US Army Infantry:

Taylor's 1864 Trans Miss. Army Flag, made of silk and bunting by Confed. exile women in Cuba. It is thought they simply made a mistake and reversed the colors. No biggie. The beautiful flags were greatly appreciated by Taylor's troops. Some may have had white borders on the St. Andrew's Cross and flag edges, can't remember, but I have the info. in a book. The game has this flag as a SC flag, and off-hand I am not aware of SC troops using a flag like this with white borders, but it could be so. Doesn't matter, they are beautiful flags.

CSA Vicksburg Flag, 2nd national pattern. Supposedly Waul's Texas legion flew the one marked 'Vicksburg', but after their capture at Vicksburg and subseqeunt parole, Waul's Legion was dissolved with its members transferring to other units etc.:

CSA Parson's etc. Texas Cav. Perhaps some Texas Inf. may have used a variant of these. First one could also be from an Arty. unit captured at Ft. Semmes by Gen. Banks in 1863.:

CSA Cavalry, square Battle flag variant. Arty. could be similar in size and shape. These were used in Lee's ANV and in the AoT when available. Some Inf. got stuck with these smaller flags in the ANV I do believe.:
