there is a problem with scenarios using CrucibleLCG_8.map

Elevation delta for this map is 75meters (75 m is elevation change for each step), units are not able climb up, even on the road.
Base elevation is 15m, if I compare it with other maps for this LCG I suppose that values are swapped - 75m should be base elevation with 15m delta .

Status: offline 		Man. That is infuriating. That problem was caught during the original playtesting under the Talonsoft label. I fixed the file and it somehow did not get included in the final cut. Now, we see it is still there.
