Is there a consolidated list of all the graphics files and what they are, U0 - U10 (or higher?) and L1-LX? I only have L1, L2, and L6. Which ones have suffixes and why (L3a, U9z, ...)? I know the tutorial pdf has at least a partial list and that's been very useful but I know I'm missing some stuff.

While I'm at it, what's the deal with the skin files? Is it just F1, H1, and S1? Is there ever a need for an F2, H2, S2?

Lastly, David, please consider shrinking the model's feet for 2.0. I write that here hoping to catch him off-guard and get him to do it without thinking.

What's the deal with L2, guys?  You can't get a transparent background?

You might have lost me. You're saying you haven't seen any L2's with transparency? That's what I was afraid of. I've got a hot pink background on my L2's and they're not turning transparent. Is anyone trying to make a red background that matches the screen graphic?

L1 background should be RGB 255,0,255 (The pinkish color)
L2 background should be RGB 0,0,255 (The blueish color)
L3A background should be RGB 0,255,0 (The greenish color)
L4A and L5A background should be RGB 255,0,255 (The pinkish color)
L6 (I have no idea if it uses a transparency)

Im not sure if David is dropping the 'A' from L3, L4, and L5 in the 2.0, since he is dropping the 'B' files for each. The B files are the snow files, they wont be needed in the 2.0 update

the 255, 0, 255 does work on the endzones if you want them transparent

The L2 transparent color is not the same pink used for the field art. I pulled up the L2 files from one of the stock teams and the background (transparent color) is a blue. So I used that as the background and addded some logos and text. Here is how they look in the game. I didnt even know we could make these until today

Great stuff, everyone. Thanks. One more thing I'm playing with: If you make the U3 twice as wide (1024 x 512), the proportions are much more like how they appear on a player. It's much easier to draw designs when the proportions are WYSIWYG.

This thread and the approaching release of the game got me going on some things I hadnt fooled around with before. Never did anything with the goal post pad. Want to make one that looked like a pad made up of seperate sections. And also wanted to be able to colorize a and adjust the brightness of each section. So come up with the one below, also shows how I have used it for one team.

Here is how that looks in the game, if anyone wants the blank template (grey from above) to work with I will upload it to fbmax.

The image is against the policy concerning use of NFL logos etc. so Im pulling them off the board.

Here is another example, took the grey blank from above, flipped it and rotated to ge the light from where I wanted it, then colorized the sections and adjusted the brightness/contrast.

The image is against the policy concerning use of NFL logos etc. so Im pulling them off the board.

I did the pad in 3 layers, a rectangle on each.  Then used the inner bevel tool in PSP to give the pads the look like they are filled with foam and tuffted.  Its easy to use the selection tool to pick out a pad and then colorize it and adjust the brightness.  It is one layer now.

Ok I just uploaded a zipped file with two blank goal pads, horizontal and vertical.  Its now in the unsorted section, file name  "goal pads".  When I get a set done for the NFL teams I will probably upload that at some time.

Besides the ones shown above I also have the Falcons, Packers, Vikings and Redskins done. Here they are.

The image is against the policy concerning use of NFL logos etc. so Im pulling them off the board.

More goal post pads. Below are the goal post pads for my Euro-Africa league. I will post these in zipped file to fbmax if anyone want them. I dont think any of these breach the rule agains licensed items.

I should have mentioned that was not a team or uniform that I did, just using it for this league. But did use the logo for the pad.

No problem at all there (I was smiling).

I intend on using a couple of your teams for my league as well.
