A week ago I got an error message when I closed the game, and was advised to contact Matrix Support. I sent a mail with the following message the same night, but no reply. Can anyone suggest what I should do?

When I closed down Empire in Arms I got an error code 1073741510 and was told to contact you.


What should I do?

That is definitely odd??? I'm not doing anything special on exit?

Posting here is the right way to get game-specific support, but could you please forward a copy of your first e-mail to me at erikr@matrixgames.com so that I can find out why you didn't receive a reply?

Hi Erik

Just sent you a copy of the original mail.   What does the error code mean, and should I do anything about it?

I dont have a screen shot, and indeed would not know how to get one!

I don't know about the error code, I haven't seen that one nor do I know why it would be asking you to contact us about it if that wasn't something Marshall added in. With that said, I did get your e-mail and I'm investigating why you didn't get a reply earlier.

Marshall, does that code look at all familiar to you?
