576 MB is 15 minutes on cable for me. Ha! My announcement even beat Erik'S.

This can be as simple as a typo in the information you entered or an extra leading or trailing space. 99% of the time when we see this it comes down to some kind of typo. E-mail me with your order number if you can't get around this and I'll ask store support to contact you and check the order info.

If it saves you some time, I had the same problem (although I wouldn't swear the error number was the same). The solution was to ignore it, go to 'support' armed with my credit card details and choose the re-download option.

Erik, I have a suspicion (only) it might have something to do with cookie enabling settings in IE? I did get a message about enabling cookies at some stage of the process but I wasn't really paying attention and can't recall where... sorry!

Oh.. and I got two confirmation e-mails, identical and issued at the same time (although I'll check I wasn't billed twice!). Don't know if that's relevant.
