Status: offline 		I ordered a game for download and shipment today.
I got no confirmation email.
I can not log in with my user account and password.
I sent a message and received no response.

I have created an alternate account with my hotmail address.

Can someone from matrix PLEASE help me?

Is there a phone where I can call?

my original email address used was mk2(at)bellsouth.net (of course the @ in place of the word at...)
