Hi all,

I stuck one over in the "disregard" thread. She's not new, and she's not fast, but she's a sturdy, well-built, and thoroughly modernized craft with everything you need except the woman thing, but that's okay, I just tossed one and will soon find another. The four days from Naples to home were a time I will remember as being among the most fun I have ever had in my stupid little life.

I can handle her without too much difficulty if I'm not doing a lot of complex sailing, like tacking. She packs a nearly-new Volvo diesel for times when it's just not possible for a one-man crew to do the job.

Nice!

Leo "Apollo11"

Pas, there is a lot of fun time waiting for you onboard her! Congratulations, and enjoy!

Edit: I hate quotes.

I think it is also important to keep in mind how often a player asks for advice.  I rarely see the same player asking for PBEM advice over and over.  Usually it is diffirent players who have hit a part of the game that they are unfamilair with.

Also, sometimes I think that while the players are asking for advice they often just want to talk about the game with someone else...because being such geeks we're all excited when out opponents invade India and our famalies just don't understand.

An army without leaders is like a foot without a big toe.
And T is always gonna be here to be that big toe for us.

I think that we owe a big round of applause to our newest, bestest buddy, and big toe... T.

Work related.  I should be working now but my brain is rebelling....I think I need a vacation.

Funny, so many Thread brothers from the Dallas area and not one, as far as I know in Austin.
