Hmmm, no one around?  Someone with less moral fibre could attempt a long distance Faber...

...lucky that there's not such a person about...

Leo "Apollo11"

I'm fine thanks, a little tired but not bad. The weather is still hot, although I'm starting to get acclimatised. The nights aren't too bad now, warmer than the day back home though I suspect. The daytime isn't too bad if I can avoid too much physical effort. However, when an aircraft comes back at lunchtime it still almost kills me It's taking about 3 hours to turn a jet arounf ready for flight again, and the closest I get to a rest in that time is refuelling it.

How are things in Croatia old boy?

EDIT: Sat in a coffee shop under an air conditiong unit using wireless internet. I can't stand the ac during the night though, I find it too cold..

Glad to hear that you are OK and things as good as they can be... I hope you learned not to tough hot aircraft parts (i.e. they cool down much much slower then in UK)...

As for us here - weather in Croatia is very very hot and sunny last few days (above +33 degrees Centigrade) but today the cold front is approaching (it always happen on August 15th when we have national holiday of Blessed Mary) and temperature will drop 10 degrees...

Martian analogy, actually. It's much more complicated. Try this link VSGW: Brer Rabbit

Thanks.

BTW, was that your first abduction exam?

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=neWDRrBEQ_M

That looks like one I'll be going to see!

Sadly this isn't a trailer, just an old Pixar short film.

BTW, has someone seen Wall-E? Good movie, or not?

Well, the exercise here at work is finally over.  Now all I have to do is track the unit movements home today and tomorrow.  Been a long 9 days.

Took the family to see Wall E. We loved it. I would say it is one of the better pixar movies.

I'm supposed to go to the folk festival tomorrow. I hope it's not raining as much.
