yah,  i got diabetes too. So my recovery time goes to the max time not the nice and easy min time. If you have the big D , you might be lucky and only need to keep it dietically under contol

Had a bit of a scare thursday... had massive chest pain so ended in emergency room.... Got to spend a wonderful 1.5 days in the hospital. Good news is heart is super fine.. bad news is spleen is enlarged and gall bladder might be shot.
Could be nothing with the spleen enlarging and contracting for no reason at all or could be a bone marrow problem , lymphoma or sicle cell anemia...
What makes them think its nothing is i've had pain there for about 15-20 yrs.Always thought it was a torn or bruised muscle from my playing days(im left handed and  the pain is right where i used to be hit all the time) and never had symptoms of the "bad " stuff it could be.

Sounds like your going through a rough time. In twenty years time you'll be able to look back at this with fond memories but until then keep your pecker up, good luck and get well soon. Has Matrix sent you any freebees to help your recovery?.....no....well shame on them.

lol I wish Matrix would send me a gift basket with games, not fruit in it.... Those I got from wifes work and my work.... But seriously, this has been a very interesting painful month...Hopefully I will live another 20 yrs but with all these problems i'm not sure how well I would take if somethings failed and I had to live in  a hospital ward.....

The worst part is being told I am definetly not going to work till January at the earliest....Sucks fto be a gamer..lol

Meditation and prayer

My mother has survived cancer 5 times following these routines.
She's now 82.

BTW
She also has diabetes.

No big D for me. Just a check to make sure before he doses me up with statins. I'm going to play a trick on him and see what I can do with diet, (oat bran mainly) for the next blood draw. Hypolipidemia they call it.

It might be an idea to avoid this joint. The nurse's uniform is a nice touch.

Cheers, Neilster

Now that's something. Smokes, cracklins deep fried in lard on the menu. A balanced breaksfast suggestion, (doughnut and smokes). Too funny, but how could anybody actually go there to eat ?

Although, the 'triple bypass' burger looks freaking awesome. Mmmmmm. I'll bet that could feed the whole family.
