Status: offline 		New to the series and just had a question I couldn't find the answer to. Is it possible to pause the action and look around and issue orders while the game is paused?

Status: offline 		To pause hit F3

You can't issue orders while paused


you can slow the action right down through F8/options game speed  so that you can issue oreders with almost no pressure.
