New to the series and just had a question I couldn't find the answer to. Is it possible to pause the action and look around and issue orders while the game is paused? Thanks

To pause hit F3 You can't issue orders while paused you can slow the action right down through F8/options game speed so that you can issue oreders with almost no pressure.
