Is there a way to undo a move. I'm always moving my leader by mistake because I forget to deselect him.

Yes. There is a little curved arrow that will undo the last move. But only, I think, if you haven't released the unit as yet. But it does help. You probably want to use the quicksave feature very very often. I am constantly having units inadvertently face the wrong way with an errant mouse click.

(Looks like only us WITP people are active here at the moment, huh <G>)

Kid,

Beezle is correct about the undo button. I have the same problem occasionally, which makes it imperative to pay attention to detail. The idea he wrote of using the quick save button is a good one.

Whilst the undo arrow and quick save helps, I keep finding myself making unwanted mouse clicks then send my units all over the place a problem. A more expansive undo move would really help. No matter how hard I try to be careful I still end up with units moving by accident.

I've taken a note on this for the future. Good points.

The "trick", at least for me, is to always make sure to "deselect all" after I've issued an order, and before I issue another one...all that requires you to do is to hold down the LMB after you've clicked it to give an order, and so it becomes a natural action quite easily...
