ORIGINAL: Dixie Eric, you can't help being French. Maybe one day you'll learn to cope with your 'disability', but until then we're willing to help you manage At least, you aren't from europe, right As an englishman, i think Dixie is in Europe...but without being in it, but being a small part of it but not within..... ; Sorry, it's a bit of an old joke in France...it's coming as far as General De Gaulle. I don't want to ignite any political debate here..... When I was an exchange student in the UK in 1983, I was frequently and strongly advised by British students that they were not Europeans. I recall one young lady being most emphatic that "they were subjects, not citizens". Most of my British friends now refer to themselves as Europeans and as citizens. So I'm assuming that times have changed. And just for the record, I'm one American who loves British food. But also French,Scandanavian,German,Spanish,Portugese,Carribean,South American,Japanese,Korean........H'm, I starting to see a pattern here... you forgot cajun which is good and tex-mex which is good and the best of all texas barbecue.
