Folks, the postal service is _not_ a trackable shipping method. Their "tracking" is not real tracking. It will not change to show the package proceeding across the US. I don't know what exactly it shows, but it is frankly useless, other than confirming that we have indeed given them the package to deliver to you. For trackable shipping, you have to pay a few extra bucks by shipping with a method like UPS. CPOCMAN, we definitely do ship to military addresses, as long as you use the postal service option. The phone number you called goes to Digital River, not to us. Please e-mail me with your order info and I will proceed with investigating this further. dsuday, if it goes over 20 business days, we consider it lost and will ship a replacement. For those who have the option, use one of the trackable shipping methods. It's appalling how many shipments we see lost by the postal service, compared to virtually none lost by UPS or Fedex.
