ORIGINAL: Nicholas Bell Yeah, those are heavy losses. Depending on the source, the Luftwaffe lost between 2600 and 3000 fighter planes from both combat and operation causes on all fronts from July to Dec. Or from another source, 2600 day fighters Sept-Dec 43 in the West and Med from all causes. The USAAF lost 18,360 a/c during the entire war in Europe, and the RAF lost 22,029 total (but that includes a lot of time before the game too). So if you are in the 20,000 range after only 4 1/2 months, you're way ahead of the curve there. I'm sure you will be told by others that you are simply not playing historically. But not by me, because even with bad play shouldn't be physically possible to have losses as high as you (and many others) note. Instead, I'll remind you that this is a game, not a simulation, and nowhere in the game description or advertising does it say that it is either accurate, realistic, or historical. Actually I was not complaining. I was asking about the -2 in Industry that I see. If it stays there, I assume there is a sudden death deal? So if I want to keep playing, I must ground the Luftwaffe?
