A lot of development has been the reason a lot of those older homes have been torn down.

Man, the white stuff is really coming down out there. Wind's picked up too. It was nice yesterday, but now I'm quite glad to not have anywhere I need to be except here...

Hmmm ... I just had an idea. Maybe I should play an AI game and then write an AAR from the (megalomaniac) AI perspective. The sarcasm potential is close to unlimited ...
