Pilots get to 1 day but never join Sentai.

I have transfered in some pilots to the 59th at shanghai they start with diffrent delay values. When they get to 1 they stop and stay there in the list with a delay of 1.

GC 2 day turns patch patch 2 and hotfix

Correct.
They represent the inactive pilots of the group and are made active pilots as required.
The (6) against the pilot number represents this.

You have more pilots than planes so the pilots are immediately required.

You can force them into the group by pressing "Get pilot", or they will automatically be drawn as needed due to pilot loss or additional planes.

remember also you can right click on pilot name and confirm make "active" once it gets to 1 and make him active immediately.
