Sounds like time well spent......although, in a pinch, I could have probably come up with a few things I had rather be doing.

Good morning, gents.

ETA: Everyone ready to see the US give Bob and Doug McKenzie a whoopin' in hockey today?

That should be a good game. I thoroughly enjoyed last nights game.

Actually, it's from a dream I had the other night. Remember the shoot-out at the end of Scarface, where Tony Montana is so hopped up on cocaine that he can't feel the pain of the assassins' bullets? He yells at them "You can't kill me with your bulleeeets! I take all your bulleeeets!".

In my dream, the visuals were the same, but he kept yelling "chocolate puddiiiing!"...

You dream in English? Now I know theres something wrong with you.

Not that Indian cuisine is my forte. If one tried it they may be forced to wonder what the Indian people had done to deserve this from me

That was anal retentiveness and smugness. That's entirely different.

The Thread is getting seriously weird! Paz is becoming sensible and calling for reason, Mynok is become "a nice guy" , Yuri , the quintessential Southern Californian is glorying in snow shoveling, and Terminus is becoming reluctant to spam and when he does , he babbles about Pudding! WTF PEOPLE!!???!!!

What next, Gladditt and USS American becoming nasty, mean codgers? Dixie hating to draw pretty pictures and becoming anti-border collie? Sprior dumping cricket and embracing NASCAR!  Let me know when it's safe to come back! Is this some kind of weird inverse Saddie Hawkins day , or one of those crazy "rush" weeks when everyone wears clothes backwards and does weird things?   Good grief......I need a drink. Several in fact!

Wow! Don't have a ****ing heart attack while you're shoveling snow! Really? Gosh, thanks, Mr. newspaper man. Very enlightening stuff, that. No wonder the NY Times circulation is declining.

But its still one of the most respected publications in America.

Yeah , it's just a pity that the people who respect it aren't Americans!

So what you're saying is that you completely wasted an opportunity to post juvenile puns on this thread?

Did T ever say what kind of a hospital he works in? Perhaps it's a "special one"?

And why chocholate? What's wrong with butterscotch?

I'm also Russian. I think this is an interesting premise for a nature vs nurture debate.

I considered several responses, and they all bordered on political, so I'll just keep my peace.

When GFU and I went to LA for New Years, I got a bottle of water that I used to think was amazing. Tell ya the truth, ol' Poland Spring is tons better.
