Ok I have read all the posts and I'm downloading as we speak. RTS scares the **** out of me but so many positive posts, many from people who I have always agreed with have made me jump in. It's only money ( did I just say that )!

Enjoy! Do the tutorials! Pause often! Use the plus and minus keys to adjust game speed. And post more often!!!!

got this at any method of purchasing - evere region/currency rerun this - Paypal/ credit card

i have no troubles at other game stores ...

I had the exact same error and needed to enter the details on my payment card exactly as stated on the card. Then it worked fine. Hopefully this will help.

this could be a problem :) i live in Poland and there is eror entering Polish zip code (its in xx-xxx format but store demand 3 digit one )

ok tried ALL methods - entering all data that could and no way to process - paid with CC - get the bank verification screen - entered login/pass/ sms code like in all online transaction and fail

also fail with paypal ... bought today Napoleon Total War with steam and there was no problems ...

will the game be avaiable at retail packages or via other online reselers ?

Hi Damador,

That is almost certainly because the bank or card company is reporting different information from what you have entered. If you e-mail me at erikr@matrixgames.com with your order ID I can get the store to directly contact you and figure out what data field is causing the problem so that you can place the order successfully. If it has worked elsewhere, it's because our store is more picky when it comes to these security checks.

eirc i didnta save failed tries :) http://www.matrixgames.com/forums/tm.asp?m=2415235  here is my PP try with order # etc

strange because i paid this year fro digital river at eastore (dragon age) and there was no sigle problem too

anyway it wont work with PP/CC for me now ;/
