It's not unusual with temps below 30C up north. When those temps happens, it's usually very dry and no winds, which means that if you have dressed correctly it's no problem. Or as the Norwegians say (and maybe Swedes and Finns too?): there's no bad weather only bad clothes. Although I can promise you that when it is 1C and mist-raining here in the southeast, there are NO clothes sufficient to keep one warm. We say that as well. Also, in swedish, the words for "weather" and "clothes" actually rhyme with each other. Edited; In swedish "det finns inget dåligt väder, bara dåliga kläder".
