Status: offline 		It's been 15 days since I ordered game and I havent received copy of game> I have had these type problems before with digital river. I paid lotsa extra money for hard copy. I write now because I got email from digital river reminding me that charges are about to appear.....fine. where is the game?

Please e-mail me at erikr@matrixgames.com with your Order ID and I can check on that with DR. I know orders have been shipping out since release, so my main concern would be that either it was lost in shipping or that it is still in transit.

Status: offline 		Do you by any chance able to download it from the internet even though you asked for a hard copy? Or because you asked for a hard copy you can't download it from the internet? Not shure how that works.

Status: offline 		I own about 10 or 12 Matrix games, all of them digital download and hard copy. I've always been totally satisfied, and usually it seems to take about 10 days, sometimes bit longer for my hard copies to come.

Status: offline 		I've downloaded it; but it is best to have a physical copy. Got email from Digital River saying theyd sent it, or implying strongly theyd sent it. If Washington DC is out of the way and off the beaten path...actually it IS the beaten path...then that would explain it. Lots of probs with digital river last few years....bought dozen games from Matrix, six problems with digital river...

DC, eh? Maybe your shipment got hijacked by bandits, then. DC is a regular warzone, and unless the shipment is for some politician, it won't receive the escort it needs and may not make it through intact.

Status: offline 		Eric tells me that UPS lost my physical copy. I find it's about 50-50 when I order or download software from Matrix via digital river. Something goes wrong, not usually the same thing twice. But I ALWAYS think a long time before I buy a game. Dont know if my experience is typical or Im just unlucky. It isnt as bad as 50-50 elsewhere when I buy software, but it is a consideration at all times. Matrix is honest and ethical so far as I can tell, so I continue to consider buying their products....

Status: offline 		i checked my local stores and couldnt find any distributed hardcopies present for any of matrix's games. Is that due to my country not being in their coverage or that they simply dont do hardcopy retail distribution?
