Of course it has alot of scenarios, this is John Tiller's Squad Battles title that covers the ENTIRE Eastern Front from 1943-1945 all the to Berlin.

1. Armada 2526 - bought it on a bit of a whim a few weeks ago and been playing 10-20 turns (about 30 mins play time at a sitting) a day since. Highly recommend if you have any interest in Space 4Xs.

2. Air Strike Eagles of WW2 - playing on and off 1-4 missions at a time since I got it a few weeks ago, although I'm not too good at it, it only took a glance a the manual and about 10 mins playing to figure out all the controls so it provides something a bit different when I'm not playing Armada.

3. Starting to digest the manual and play Uncommon Valour - in preparation to playing WitP:AE which has been sitting menacingly on my shelf (and hard drive) for the last 6 months.

Looks very deep and detailed, but accessible if you have played JTCS here from Matrix. I haven't started the campaign yet, I'm working through the bootcamp scenarios and learning the nuances of those. The tutorial is a little weak, and leaves a lot for you to discover, but it does get you going in the right direction. Bottom line games runs as advertised. If you are interested in the subject area its a winner.

For squad battles tips go to www.blitz.org and http://tfe4.wordpress.com/.

Please also start playing PBEM. It's really fun.

Magic the Gathering:Duel of the Planeswalker (old disc version) for me. I'm playing this a lot at work on Sundays on my new Netbook. 12 hours of glorious fun and plenty of time to create new decks.

Erm - now I'm playing Fallout 3

Exactly the reason why I cannot buy expensive games...I move from one to the other and sometimes back again!

Do you have ADS or something when it comes to gaming? I wonder how many are afflicted with that? Buy a new game and then shortly thereafter buying another new game and hardly playing them and rarely finishing one?

No idea MFB. Short (very short) attention span. I've played some games throughout (start to finish) - some twice. But most do not grip me. I think the ones where I've played them straight through are good immersion story telling games...Mafia...Half Life 2...Max Payne...

I've got alot of wargames, and I've seldom finished them...even though I love them, they simply do not keep my attention for long. CMSF I love to bits - haven't fired it up in well over 2 or 3 months - possibly more.

I'm the same way lately myself. Nothing is grabbing me and getting me to want to play it for usually more than a day. I just bought several games: Storm over the Pacific, Mass Effect (because it was onsale so cheap@Steam), and Sins of a Solar Empire and I don't have the urge to play any of them. I did play SotP for a couple of days, but, found the ai a bit passive in the scenarios I played and am waiting on some patches and fixes now.

I do play a lot of Take Commands 2nd Manassas (open battles and only a brigade command), Hoplites and now Magic the Gathering:Duel of the Planeswalker gauntlets though and finish those battles. I'm getting to where I only like short quick gaming sessions and playing those games I know I can finish in a setting or until I get tired.

Hell, I'm even playing "The Game of Life" by Hasbro for gods sakes somebody shoot me. I'm also installing "Sorry" and "Clue" on my netbook. Thinking about it I might install "Stratego" too and possibly the old Hasbro "Risk" game.

Is that Jane's Fleet command?

I remember 'Achtung Spitfire' but not 'Over the Reich'.
