One thing you want to do when downloading new scenarios bthom, is to check the numbers.
Downloaded scenarios are usually zipped. When opening the zip file do it first in a temp directory.
Then look in your SPWAW\scen directory and scroll through till you find an empty number.
Example, if you unzipped files are numbered scen115.dat, scen115.cmt, scen115.txt and scen11.rec, and you see that there is already a scenario in your directory numbered 115, you'll have to decide if you wish to overwrite it or not.
An alternative is to change the numbers in the windows File manager to the number of an empty slot.
So, if I see there is no scen120, then I will go to my temp directory and rename those files to scen120.dat, scen120.cmt, scen120.txt and scen120.rec.
Now I place them in the scen subdirectory of SPWAW. If you keep the zip files, you'll want to put the newly numbered files into that zip directory and then remove (delete) the old ones.
And if you ever want to know just what is scenario 115 in your scen subdirectory, just double click on its *.cmt or *.txt file. That will tell you all.
This is a little confusing at first, but after doing it a few times, it becomes second nature.
