It's not actually too bad. I'm out of the country for about two weeks (no-one can actually give me the exact date I'll be getting home). I'll mostly be based in Cyprus with trips from there to Afghanistan.
Originally I would have been going out there around now anyway, but I swapped with someone else 4 months ago. The phone call this morning telling me I was going on Wednesday was a shock though. Not true. I've had some good Cuban cigars in the past. It's not a bad experience, just one that I prefer less frequently. We all have our preferences, even when exposed to the 'best' of different things, neh?

My father used to smoke a pipe. I like the smell of pipe tobacco quite a bit, but I've never tried it myself. Seems like something old people do.

MY father started to smoke pipes when he was 18. I have one, too, but rarely use it. I think I smoked my first one at about 20 or so - but of course, its uncommon...

Here's a 1947 Chris Craft. I'm not sure fow well the photo brings it across (iPhone camera nothing fancy) but the thing is in an absolutely magnificently restored condition.

They sending the Jets-Dolphins game again and i didnt watch it last "night" as it starts at 3am and end late.... and then monday night footie right after. No work tomorrow so i can stay up "late" or early rather to watch it.
