I gave in during a week moment and unblocked the most recent incarnation of our favorite forum troll to see what he could possibly have posted in the "thank you veterans" thread.

I am willing to bet $1,000,000 he has never spent a single day serving in the military of any country.

No bet. Your money is safe.

Hmmm. I think I'm starting to see why nobody likes him.

That's our Yuri. He always was a quick one.

Dolfie would argue , that HE likes himself, so it's not unaimous!

I have absolutely no idea what you just said.

see my subsequent comments on beer selection...and I've DEFINITELY consumed "canned horse piss that is mainstream American beer"...let me pose a hypothetical situation...you are at a social gathering which is painfully awkward, but you have no choice but to attend (perhaps wife unit is a factor here) and the only beer available is "canned horse piss that is mainstream American beer"...do you drink it or abstain from alocohol in this situation (i realize that i am unabashedly applying situational "ethics" here, but hey...it's a slow day here!)

Abstain. The projectile vomiting and gastrointestinal distress from the canned toxins are worse than a little social discomfort.

well, i've been in some social situations that could easily induce projectile vomitting and gatro distress, so i guess at least getting the buzz would tip the scales

Considering I'm most used to stuff with over 10% alcohol, the amount of that garbage required to 'get the buzz up' would likely kill me.

wow - you martians must have quite the tolerance! two or three bud's usually does it for me...

I suppose. I can't imagine how many it would take to equal one Chimay Blue in the liter bottle.

It is well worth trying! I would recommend, however, that you get the smaller bottle to try first. It has a serious kick.

I thought you said we had the turn back.

Yes, we got the turn. Then we sent it back. Are feeling a little slow today, Brother Red Mouse?

Yes, Steve. I'm perfectly aware that we sent the turn back. IM THE ONE THAT SENT IT! I obviously meant if we got it back since then.

In that case, no. But that's such a Termaesque answer....

Dang! I never thought of that! I had better consult with my lawyers.

The usual fee. I had to give her a foot rub!

Since you do that anyway u guess that means the consultation was free.

We can get Kriek over here but not Geuse. I'd love to try a lambic that didn't have fruit flavor in it. Can't really get into that in a beer.

But on the other hand my oem copy of win xp came in. So if all else fails I can spend the evening setting up bootcamp.

Fruit flavor in a beer, from time to time, is tasty ( i think).
But usually i prefer malt or "simple" beer...

It's ok K E M, I'm married to her! BTW , we have another P-3 Mafia member on the forum. Capt Hornblower, (AKA AW1Paul) hasn't poseted here (yet) but has been pursuaded to by the game and join the forum. By my count , that four of us (1ppc, and 3 AW's). We are gaining!

You still have some way to go. Four USN aviators being left in the dust by one lowly rifleman...
