Hey folks --
This is a plea to have Erik look into an issue. I ordered this game last week, but have not gotten an email that this has been shipped out. I went to the Plimus website and was not able to submit an issue. They offer very little in the way of assistance. I've navigated around their site and I either get errors on the page or it takes me in circles.

I have tried sending Erik a PM, but his box is full. Is anyone here supporting this product? If so, when am I expected to get it? If not, is there a better channel to go through or someone I can email to get a status? Thanks!

You should have gotten it at Amazon.com when it was like $5

Gamersgate has it for $5.99 right now.

Sorry for this experience you've had. You should have received multiple e-mails already, some of which specifically include support information (as does the thank you page when you complete an order). You can ask for help through Plimus (click on the Order Status or Store FAQs link while in the store) or click on our Support link in the top navigation bar to contact us through our help desk. You can also e-mail me at erikr@matrixgames.com. Basically, we just need your order number and we'll tell you the status.

Regarding the Gamers Gate pricing - is that some kind of special sale? I'm really surprised by that, to be frank, but Paradox owns AGEOD now and they also own Gamers Gate so perhaps they can afford to do that.

Regards,

- Erik

It's not just Gamersgate Erik Amazon.com had it awhile back for $5 also that's where I picked up my copy of course I think it was used but physical copy. Gamersgate did Time of Wrath recently the same way. Patchadox makes such a killing from their franchise games they can probably afford a lot of specials now.

Some of this comes from games that go retail too (as AACW did) as excess stock gets liquidated through secondary markets (such as Amazon).

The Gamersgate price is part of their Thanksgiving sale, Erik.

Been a week. Still haven't recieved it or gotten an email that this was shipped. PM'd you Erik. This is starting to piss me off.

**Edit** Erik is helping me with this issue. I shouldn't have continued to air this issue publicly as it's really the only time I've ever experienced it with Matrix. A little patience on my part wouldn't hurt now. :)
