You can ask for help through Plimus (click on the Order Status or Store FAQs link while in the store) or click on our Support link in the top navigation bar to contact us through our help desk. You can also e-mail me at erikr@matrixgames.com. Basically, we just need your order number and we'll tell you the status. Regarding the Gamers Gate pricing - is that some kind of special sale? I'm really surprised by that, to be frank, but Paradox owns AGEOD now and they also own Gamers Gate so perhaps they can afford to do that. Regards, - Erik
