Gave them my cell phone number but I don't like them to call me. Can you please work that out? Order number is <snip>.

That's even more hassle as DR was.

Status: offline 		Thanks, I'll make sure that's cleared ASAP. There are many reasons why an order may go to review, but the nice thing is that we can clear this quickly now. With DR if an order was reviewed it could be a very frustrating process. Hang on.

Here is my first impression
Matrix charged my account twice

Update: Erik was correct and I was wrong
It was all my banks fault. Problem is my wife works for that bank so how angry can I get? Grrrrrrrrrr
