Just purchased WitE by Paypal as usual and received a mail that my order is pending Plimus review. quote: Order Total (Paid via PayPal [Instant] Verified account, Transaction id:<snip>) * This order is pending Plimus review * Gave them my cell phone number but I don't like them to call me. Can you please work that out? Order number is <snip>. That's even more hassle as DR was. [:@]

Thanks, I'll make sure that's cleared ASAP. There are many reasons why an order may go to review, but the nice thing is that we can clear this quickly now. With DR if an order was reviewed it could be a very frustrating process. Hang on. Regards, - Erik

Just wanted to say that it was my fault. I made a mistake and Erik ironed it out. Nothing wrong with Plimus store and Matrix support is top-notch as usual.

Well Here is my first impression Matrix charged my account twice Update: Erik was correct and I was wrong It was all my banks fault. Problem is my wife works for that bank so how angry can I get? Grrrrrrrrrr My apologies to Erik and Matrix
