Salute,

i just bought the game for online download. Now iam stuck with this plimus service they keep telling me they cant reach me at phone. I dont know what prenumbers they have to call form wheerever they sit, i ordered online to play imeaditely not make such a fuss about the order process.

Iam very diappointed how this works.

And for what do they have to call me, what if i even do not speak english, thats not the way online ordering should functioning.

Sorry for the bad english but iam german.

EDIT: i did a bit of research now in the web. The internet is full of people who are complaining about plimus and this strange order verifications, so make yourself an good xmas present and change this service to another provider.

Hi Patrick,

It's not normal, it's only a quick way of clearing an order that has gone to manual review because of something triggering the anti-fraud check. The vast majority of orders do not go to review and the download is immediately available.

Please note that Digital River also sent orders to review and it was harder to get them out of review than it is with Plimus, but Plimus is better at flagging orders as far as we can tell, so perhaps slightly more are going to revew than previously. If you e-mail me at erikr@matrixgames.com with your order info, I will make sure it is cleared ASAP.
