I have recently unloaded the components for a division at an undisclosed location. They were still in strategic move mode. I clicked on the rebuild division toggle and the division now shows up in combat mode without any delay for packing/unpacking.

It's a PBEM game and I can't give any more details due to opsec. I have a save before and after the operation if a dev needs to look at it.

I am already looking into this as I had noticed it myself recently.
If you have the before save, it would speed up my investigation.

This problem only affects LCUs that have been broken down by the editor; normal spliting and combining of the LCU is not affected.

The code to handle the opMode and packing time was missing from combining editor sub-units; duplicated it from the normal combining sub-unit code.
