With Human vs. CPU games, during the combat replays you are given notifications when a new ship or air unit arrives (e.g. SS Gato arrives at San Francisco, or VP-72 arrives at Seattle). With PBEM's, we don't get that.

Other than going in to your ship and air unit lists each turn, trying to figure out which ones are new, is there any good way to know when new units arrive in a PBEM game?
