Spurs v Hearts, might be an interesting game.

Yep!

Warspite1

Malmo - former European Cup finalists and conquerors of Rangers - could have been kinder to Zagreb.

Spurs vs Heart of Midlothian - should be a Tottenham walkover but.............a British derby........not so sure. Fingers crossed.

Malmo is the "best" (on paper at least - according to UEFA tables and coefficients) choice...

They were in finals of European Cup but that was long time ago (Dinamo Zagreb was winner of pre European Cup competition in 1967 for example and that means nothing right now)...

As for Glasgow Rangers... well... they eliminated themselves (I watched the subtract from those two games - Malmo was extremely lucky - let's hope that was their "1 in 100 years luck")...

Seems like maybe a necessary move by the devs to make its multi-role work in the game. A TB will never dive bomb, but perhaps a DB with a torp will make a torp run.....the weapon controls the mode. Nice!

Nothing perhaps about it, and it's always been thus. Patrol planes use torpedos too.

Yes the B7A2 aircraft code name 'Grace' was a torpedo bomber, hence the designation B instead of A. But it was also able to perform as a Dive bomber, and for some reason the Dev's have picked that ability only.

Ooooh, dev criticism. You channeling El Cid?

Think of it more like putting a literary boot up their arse, as the B7A2 was a good multi-role aircraft, just as good if not better than anything the Allies had.

Certainly better than the Barracuda, but that's not saying very much.

Hi all,

Lazy morning while we wait for our new room to be ready for us.  We added my niece to the trip at the very last minute and tried to upgrade to a larger room when we arrived, but they didn't have one available until today.  Coffee on the patio in the breezes.

Where is the rum?

Leo "Apollo11"

The rum is in me now. LOL 3 big rum punches before/with dinner, and now a big rum and coke to sip by the poolside.

Channelling El Cid:

I find it more historical if on Tuesdays........except during Leap Year.....that the B7A2 should revert to Thai control since there were many Thai restaurants involved in feeding the Japanese designers. I have come up with a clever way to change the GIF format of these planes on the aircraft screen of WitP/AE to show Thai national colors on the plane.....but only for a day......unless its raining in which case it reverts to a subtle pink hue and says "Boo" in the nationality section.

This is the only problem I have with you guys; That if someone disagrees with your rhetoric, that we must then be an imbecile. That I have never done any reading on this subject, and what study I have done, still does not give me the right to have an opinion other than yours.

So then that I have attracted your wrath you two then launch into some schoolgirl like chitty-chatty catty-type attack. Well I wont say anything stupid in my defence, other than you should realize that some people will have alternate views, other than yours.

Des, that was criticism of El Cid, not you at all.  You were being teased with 100% sarcasm.  Hope you get to see this!

Well, I'll leave that whole 'smarter than X' argument for another time.

However, I did feel a certain responsibility to ensure that Des didn't leave us for too long. After all, what would I do if I needed another .sig line crafted with expert precision? It's craftsmen like Mr. Rattite himself that we need to keep around for such eventualities.

Thanks for the production tips boys. I am tempted to do an occasional AAR if I have the time. It will just be updates on my side of things. If trying to start it a few minutes ago is anything to go by, kids, dogs and the Mk1 wife may mean I never even get it off the ground...
