These are the race images I use for the Earth Alliance, Narn, Centauri, and Minbari. Use them if you want to.

Might be just a nitpick, but no ships in your screenshots have engine glows...

Well, in the star trek universe they used Warp Drives not chemical rockets.  That is why I didn't add engine glows.  I think I added them to the Babylon 5 ships though ( if I remember correctly ).  Engine glows aren't hard to add.  I used Gimp to modify the images for DW ( Gimp is free to download ).

Well, no ships in the game use chemicals either. It's your mod though, you decide how it is. I'm a bit picky about new shipsets, i don't just add them because they are available, i want the ones that look nice and fit well in the game. I prefer utilitarian like ships to "work of art" ones.

PS. B5 ships did not seem to have their engines and lights set when i checked (days ago though).

This represents all of the Shadow vessels I've collected and manipulated to be used in the game. I don't think I will be able to come up with anymore so I'm going to go ahead and release what I have. Disclaimer: These ships were not 'created' by me...they were collected and manipulated to form other ships and to be compatible with the game. I hope you like/enjoy them.

A B5 Mod is being worked on by feygan and I wanted to release what I have collected for the League of Non-Aligned Worlds. This faction is very difficult to find ships for. I hope this helps on the mod.

Shameless bump as I have recently seen B5 once again mentioned on the DW forums. With all the fantastic star trek mod and imagery out now for DW it still astounds me we have no real complete mod for B5. Kalthaniell might see this and actually make a B5 mod......lol!!!  Hey fishman just for your information my previous statement was a "beg". (Those wondering what the heck i am talking about can see his post on page 1 of this resurrected thread from the DW vault)

Years later and still no B5 mod...... It is inspiring me to learn how to mod so in another 2 years look for my version to come out.

some good material overthere but DW is not about graphics to such level. It would be nice if it were but it's strongpoints are others.

Never said he shall make a 1:1 copy .. but maybe having Transfer Station Io (where they murdered EA President Santiago by storyline) as model for Surveillance/Leisure posts would be a nice one ..
Nevertheless the stuff been made so far is really awesome !!

This game is perfectly set up for a B5 story mod.The isolationist Mechanoids are the Vorlon and the late game attacking Shakturi are the Shadows, replace the game text and it would be like the series in gameplay terms.Now somebody start doing it.

Well, with the new modding manual coming out for Legeneds I suspect that "somebody" will be a larger group than the dedicated and passionate guys we already have.

I believe I've seen that site before and the problem there is that most images are not top down...they are at an angle. As it is I'm not satisfied with the collection I have. Previously it has not been hard to simply make a folder and stick the ship images into it and voila you have a mod, so I have simply posted what I managed to find and let everyone else decide if they want them or not.

Still on track for a B5 mod in about a year and ahalf,if that modding guide comes out by April 2012.
