Status: offline 		After my ordeal with SOTSII. I decided to come back to Distant worlds after some time... So I try to figure out how to re download my game again..


Where do I get my game back from?

Status: offline 		Just send them an email, or open a support ticket. They'll resend you a download link within 24 hours. Inconvenient, I know, but hardly something to get so worked up over.

First, always backup your games and serial numbers. There's no reason not to do this. Our games don't have any kind of DRM that requires online activation, they belong to you once you buy them.

Second, we can set you up with a re-download. Just e-mail me at erikr@matrixgames.com with your name, e-mail address and any order info you have and I'll look up your orders and send a new link.

Status: offline 		Sent the email off.  I do save all my emails though.. So Hopefully it will be resolved soon.  I wanna play something this week that works. LOL.. :)

Reading my original email though I did pay for the extra that they charged for the digital download to be available all the time.. But that was back in 2010.
