We are at the moment still in the "new" game section of the forums. Erik et al are posting other places, therefore one would make the easy leap to say that Matrix is ignoring us. Why?

I don't see any posts through the CCME threads that show a discourtesy to anyone. We have all been very civil. I fail to understand why we seem to be ignored.

One of you guys is going to have to post it somewhere else, since "I" was told to post in the game thread. I told ya I'm stubborn.

I really do appreciate your help though.

Ok, now I gotta go look at a turn from Atilla the Hun Joe in Palermo. You guys have a great day.

BTW guys, make sure you open a support ticket for those who have the game complaining about bugs, and I might add lack of support. Thanks.

question-

something just occurred to me. The forum name is combat command series, is there more releases planned? or is it just that it's a couple of products in one. Maybe once someone responds they can answer that question also, i'd be down with some more combat command goodness, provided this one gets all ship, shaped up.

What they said, albeit belatedly. The game desrves better.

That "status resolved" bit seems to be a standard for whatever support/complaint 'ticket' control the industry uses. IMHO it should never be used until the customer has confirmed the problem has been fixed; otherwise it just comes across as "I can't be arsed with this; just go away", whether that's intended or not.

Yeah, Coakley/Cooney, and Matrix are going to be ticked off at you all. How dare you keep trying to promote this game.

@Agent S, will do! I have Time of Fury but I've not had a look at any of the tools. I'm happy to do anything to help.

Matrix/Developer silence is deafening.

Fix the withdrawal bug, fix the game freeze that others are having. Show some support for a really deserving game. Sheesh, we are such a demanding bunch.

Our fight seems to be more akin to Darth Vader (us) continiuing to bash away at Obi Wan's (the developers/Matrix) empty cloak after he had been struck down !

Anyway lets see if we can singe it a bit more

P.S. couldn't find a Darth vs empty cloak smiley.

Well, it's Monday. I guess I could refuse to buy anymore Matrix games until this one it fixed.

I think I have enough to keep me busy for several years.

Well I hope you guys have noticed.

Never been treated this bad by Matrix. How hard is it to just aknowledge a problem. I mean is it like we are going to start a class action against them or something over a game. NOT!

I will keep posting until they kick me out, lose my job, or die. I mean c'mon, they TOLD me to post in this forum about game problems. We post, and still they refuse to have SOMEONE help us, or tell us this is it, move on.

It's like "they" want this game to die and go away, it was a mistake, we ain't suppose to like it, and "they" don't want us to like it.

Only thing I can figure is that Matrix and Boku are having some kind of tiff, and we are the pawns.

Oh well, post away get your star count up, it's for a good cause.

I'd be shocked if we didn't hear something this week. Then the conspiracy theory might hold some weight....... I read all the threads and decided this was going to be a holiday sale purchase back in july, how stupid am i going to feel...... trying to keep the faith for the time being.

Daily, fix the bug post. Not much to say at this point.

Yep Budd, if we don't hear something, we can at least switch gears into the conspiracy theories. Should be fun.

I'm worried about Matrix. They (or he) seem to be overwhelmed. Just look at the number of games offered and the number of forums. The volume of activity may have exceeded their level of competency. Not a criticism, it's just in the last several months that I noticed a difference in response.

Yeah, well, well, phtttt, I ain't sending the turn till ya talk. (kidding just kidding)

Well it seems pretty apparent that we will all make our stars in this forum unless they just kick us out. It seems pretty obvious they aren't intrested in helping us or even respectfully aknowleding us.

You guys who started the thread in the general forum keep it up, and thanks. Always respectfully of course, with a good dose of fun and teasing. We have been pretty good at it so far.

Gonna have to read that book Wolfe.
