Morning tithe. The Britishers have gone quiet again. Either theyre pretending that they havent received the turn or theyre waiting for the historical start date to launch their dastardly attack.

Almost, just been busy at work We've got the turn, I can upload the replay if you want?

Hi all,

It is snowing here...

Leo "Apollo11"

76 F here. Leaves are falling off the oaks. Sound like raindrops. Occasionally an acorn falls and it sounds like a gunshot.

And hey, how about Michael Ironside's command performance as Overdog in Adventures in the Forbidden Zone? Thing we might be seeing a Lifetime Achievement Oscar raising its head, here.

Ciao. John

Tonights game, Denver at Oakland. Denver should win no problem, but will they cover the 10.5 spread?

Yes, my money is on Denver!

Shiny new apartment tithe.

Managed to time my move with this years first real snowstorm. All airports closed, all bus and rail traffic stopped. The moving van managed to get stuck twice on a motorway ... and when we arrived at the new place, the elevator was broken

The move was supposed to be done in 5-6 hours. It took ~12.

... and now I'm standing here looking at the great pile of disassembled furniture and the mountain of cartons. Where to start?

ETA; ... and no, I didn't start with the PC. This is written on my job laptop with my mobile as router.

That would be against my religious principles. Suffice it to say that it was a very solid PH attack, although not the worst I've ever seen by far, but not much else yet.

Met lots of old friends, made lots of new friends, was shooting lots of stuff and smoking lots of cigars.

Also: Beach in Miami and the confirmation that I have two new siblings by choice!
