Morning tithe... looks like some longtime doomsday Preachers are going to be looking for a new job.

I dont know if youve heard about this one guys in the South of the US who predicts rapture three times every year. After every date he comes up with another excuse for why it didnt happen. Still has a massive following somehow.

A Higgs Boson wouldn't last long enough to even sit-down for mass.

I've been to Catholic mass once. I'm not sure I'd last long enough to live through it a second time.

Is it already 22nd "Down under" Des?

Morning there Leo... Yep doomsday is over downunder, and because the rest of the world actually revolves around us (whether they like it or not), it seems that the world has survived another stupid idea.

Good news then...

Maybe the world did end and NZ is the only country left.

Your statement is correct...but somewhat random.

Yes, random. I didn't have anyone else to share it with today, so I figured you guys would appreciate it.

Off till Wednesday. Seven Christmases to celebrate now till Jan 1... yay...

HMS Caroline is going to be turned into a museum. I'd visit Belfast to see her:

But you waited too see if the apocalypse would occur first. Very wise, sure would be unnecessary to spend the money otherwise.

Morning tithe...

I was talking to my Chinese toaster again this morning, and he commented on the Mayan doomsday phenomenon.

He said that 'the Human-race seems to be constantly coming up with ideas on how to destroy itself' and that 'this is just pointless and counterproductive'.

Toasters he said 'think mainly of making toast, and not whether they are going to short-circuit the next day'.

Now being that my toaster is a very level headed and a sage-like appliance, and has seemingly not emotional problems. I will take some stock in what it said... but then it goes and burn my toast again.

They keep calling it "Monday Night Football"... I had to double check the calendar to make sure I hadn't missed a couple of days.
