I can't see any place to upgrade the game to match my monitor resolution (1600 x 900). Any suggestions how I can do this?

Try playing with these settings (if you dare). They're in the Opart 3.ini file in the ...\TOAWIII subdirectory. Back this up prior to making any changes, so if something goes wrong you've the original to put back in there. If this makes you nervous don't do it, post and wait for someone else to suggest an alternative.

ChangeScreenResolution=Y
;Y=Lets TOAW Set Display Resolution- Reverts to System Set Resolution on TOAW Exit. See (Max)Screen(x/y).
MaxScreenX=1366
;Maximum Display Resolution on One's Monitor (x). See ScreenX.
MaxScreenY=768
;Maximum Display Resolution on One's Monitor (y). See ScreenY.
ScreenX=1366
;? 1366 Maximum Display Resolution on One's Monitor (x). See MaxScreenX.
ScreenY=768
;? 768 Maximum Display Resolution on One's Monitor (y). See MaxScreenY.

I'd suggest changing ChangeScreenResolution to 'N' first, then replacing the X/Y values with yours. Maybe both maybe just one set (Max?). See what combination works. A post back to let us know how it went would be useful so others can find with a search.

Good luck!

I have tried several values with these five variables and none seem to work. For sure 1600 x 900 doesn't work and that's what I need to set for my own screen.

It's a bit frustrating and it keeps me from playing the game. Can there be another variable aside from these that needs to be set?

Why do can't you play the game without that particular resolution? Should work no matter what the res.
