My Dear Fellow Citizen,

Compliments, I know this letter will definitely come to you as a huge surprise, but I implore you to take the time to go through it carefully as the decision you make will go off a long way to determine my future and continued existence. Please keep this message top secret. (I am Cpt. Emily Fritts) presently in Afghanistan, I was redeployed here couple of month ago. I am desperately in need of your assistance and I have earned my courage through OCS.

SOURCE OF MONEY:
==================

Some money in various currencies was discovered and concealed in barrels with piles of weapons and ammunition at a location near the Presidential Palaces during a rescue operation and it was agreed by all party present that the money will be shared among us. If you have entered the above website to confirm more of our discovery which part of it was made known to the government, but this particular one was shared among us and it is a top secret.

This might appeared as an illegal thing to do but I tell you what? No compensation can make up for the risks we have taken with our lives in those war torn nations. Please confirm receipt of this mail so I will quickly arrange for the fund to be moved down to you. I will await your thoughts via my email urgently due to the fact that I am suppose to be in the USA by end of 1st quarter of 2013 with the troops that will be leaving Iraq, but I was redeployed to Afghanistan under the Explosive Ordance Disposal (EOD) on special assignment that will end by December 2014.

Respectfully,

Cpt. Emily Fritts.

Hasnt been a week since they let women into the combat arms and they're already screwing around.

I thought all of their boats were diesel boats too...

Only diesel ones. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gotland_class_submarine

Wouldn't have said no to some SSNs too

Some time ago, the Swedish Navy sent a Gotland to train with the USN because of the AIP plant.

True. Wiki actually sums it up quite well;

quote:

Deployments

After being refit and upgraded to sustain the higher temperatures of tropical water, HMS Halland took part in a multi-national exercise in the Mediterranean from September 16, 2000. Allegedly, there she remained undetected while still recording many of her friendly adversaries, attracting interest from the participating countries. In early November the same year, she participated in a NATO "blue-water" exercise in the Atlantic. There she reportedly won a victory in a mock "duel" with Spanish naval units, and then the same in similar duel against a French SSN, a nuclear-powered attack submarine. She also "defeated" an American SSN, the USS Houston.

Secondment to United States Navy

In 2004, the Swedish government received a request from the United States of America to lease HMS Gotland – Swedish-flagged, commanded and manned, for a duration of one year for use in anti-submarine warfare exercises. The Swedish government granted this request in October 2004, with both navies signing a memorandum of understanding on March 21, 2005. The lease was extended for another 12 months in 2006. In July 2007, HMS Gotland departed San Diego for Sweden.

HMS Gotland managed to snap several pictures of the USS Ronald Reagan during a wargaming exercise in the Pacific Ocean, effectively "sinking" the aircraft carrier. The exercise was conducted to evaluate the effectiveness of the US Fleet against diesel-electric submarines, which some have noted as severely lacking.

I've seen lower. One of them tried the dying cancer patient approach, complete with a picture of "them" in a hospital bed hooked up to a load of drips etc. I enjoyed wasting that person's time, especially when they went mental and accused me of being a time waster.

Would you consider posing those emails? I'm kinda curious how the exchange goes.

Hello you lot.

My dad has stabilized after an initially touchy 48 hours. He'll survive, which is good news.

Sorry for the delay, Des and Steve. I'll get right on slaughtering your troops, ships and planes without mercy.

Great news about your Dad Andre, you've made my day.

Please don't be too concerned about knocking over too many of my ships, as 'T' is sinking enough in our Guadalcanal game thanks.
